WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING?
All we require is proof of purchase, an order reference number, a photo of the item, and whether you wish to return or exchange it. Send us a quick message with this information to sales@perfectpillow.co.uk and a member of the team will be in contact as soon as possible to arrange the return of the product. Once the item has been received and reviewed, you will be sent either your new items (for exchange) or a refund for the cost of purchase. Refunds are issued directly to the cardholder used for the purchase. You will receive email notifications throughout the return process.
