USING YOUR SOOTHERSACK
The Soothersack can be used in many ways.It is especially relaxing when heated and placed across the shoulders and neck or around the lower back(promoting postural alignment) We have also designed THE HOT TOP,,a fleece lined body warmer jacket that holds a Soothersack to the lower back.Just like good massage ,the Soothersack stimulates the blood flow in tight muscles and stiff joints thus promoting ease of movement and relaxation.
Instructions for use:
AS A HEAT PACK Microwave method :-Place your Soothersack into the microwave and heat for 2 1/2 minutes on high power Oven Method:-Place your Soothersack into casserol dish with a lid,or wrap in tin foil,and put it into oven.Heat for 10-15 min on a Low-Medium heat (160 C or gas mark 3) DO NOT REHEAT WITHIN HALF AN HOUR AND PLEASE BE CAREFUL NOT TO LEAVE YOUR SOOTHERSACK UNATTENDED WHILST HEATHING
AS AN ICE PACK/COLD COMPRESS Place your Soothersack into plastic bag and then into freezer.For best results leave over night. When removing from the bag ,brush of any ice which may have formed on the wheat sack. Do not wet inner sack
